In this class we explore classic benchmark examples of different red varietals like pinot noir, cabernet, merlot etc. All have their combination of recognizable markers that can been used to identify them in blind tasting. This exploration will introduce you to the basics and help you learn what styles of red you prefer and what to look for when you sit down to blind taste any red.
