Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc 2018

91 pts Wine Advocate

About | Owner/winemaker Kevin was the founding winemaker at the iconic Cloudy Bay for 25 years before starting his own small winey in 2009, naming after the unique Greywacke bedrock soil.

Tasting Notes | “The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc shows restrained aromas of fig and melon on the nose, followed by ripe notes of nectarine on the palate. It's medium- to full-bodied and richly textured, with a long, silky finish. It may age a bit better than some other classic Marlborough Sauvignons, but don't hold it beyond about 2021.” WA
