There's plenty more to these two countries than big, bold Shiraz; and world-class, well-traveled winemakers are increasingly seeking out cool climate vineyards and working on some of the world's oldest soils. We'll taste and cover: Australian and New Zealand wine laws and history, six major wine regions and their climates, grapes, styles of production, and suggested pairings.
