Please Join us Saturday, March 14th at 6:30 pm in celebrating the food and wine of Spain! Chef Nicholas McCann and Laura Fiorvanti have teamed up to bring Spanish culture and flavor to you. We are eating and drinking our way through Penedes, Pais Vasco, Rioja, Galicia, Priorat & Jerez. If you drink wines mostly from the New World—like South America, California, or Australia. lush Spanish wines are a great introduction to the Old World. Since Spain is a peninsula, the climate varies widely from region to region. Join fellow wine enthusiasts and Corkbuzz staff on a journey through one of the most exciting countries of Europe and discover the value and quality that only the Iberian Peninsula can deliver!
We’ll begin with a cocktail hour featuring classics tapas like our own version of Tortilla Española & Croquetas de Jamón. Then, a 4 course traditional Spanish meal with one course from each of our regions and pairings. See the menu here.
