Learn about the fascinating history and how the wines and cuisine evolved out of centuries of political strife between Germany, France, and others. We will be serving curated wine selections as well as paired cheese boards throughout. We will be covering the history of the region, geology, climate, terroir, appellations and classifications, and of course tasting.
