Join us as we head "down unda" to explore the wines of Australia & New Zealand. Learn about the major wine regions of Australia and New Zealand, from Marlborough to the Margaret River and everything beyond. There's plenty more to these two countries than big, bold Shiraz and pungent Sauvignon Blanc; and world-class, well-traveled winemakers are increasingly seeking out cool climate vineyards and working on some of the world's oldest soils. We'll taste and cover: Australian and New Zealand wine laws and history, six major wine regions and their climates, grapes, styles of production, and suggested pairings.
