With rosé season in full swing, we want to acknowledge that rosé should be treated like any wine, served at the right temperature, time, and in the right glassware to ensure we get the best expression. Rosé is not only for patio pounding, and you’ll gain a sense of what regions craft seriously age worthy, singular, and deliberate wines of this style.

Join us for a special four course Wine Dinner paired perfectly with rosé wines from our cellar. Chef Laura Walker has created a menu based on Laura Maniec's descriptions where each wine and dish elevate each other.

1st Course:

Allergies and aversions can be accommodated; please note while booking in the comments so we can adequately prepare alternatives for you. Courses and wines subject to change.

The price includes food, wine, and a 20% gratuity for the service team.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made for a full refund 48 hours prior to class. Cancellations and transfers cannot be accommodated within 48 hours of your scheduled class time. If you cannot attend class, you may send someone in your place. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
