Union Square | Cycling the Loire Valley

13 E. 13th Street, New York, NY 10003

The Loire Valley is one of the most diverse wine regions in France, producing a large variety of wine styles. While cycling through the winding valley path, one will find a varied and complex array of vineyards and wine districts, starting at the Atlantic Ocean and leading into central France. Though wines from this area cover a wide assortment, they share a distinct freshness and acidity and crisp minerality, due to the northern climate. In this class, we'll explore classics like Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, Cabernet Franc from Chinon, and more. Get ready to delve into the vast wine selections the "Garden of France" has to offer.

Join us at the bar for a glass of wine and dinner the day of class and receive 10% off your check.

Live wine classes are led by Corkbuzz Sommeliers and last 90 minutes. Class includes 6 (2 ounce) pours of wine, printed materials, and complimentary cheese. Guests will be seated at communal tables. Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances to class.
