Join us Thursday, September 22nd for a Cava themed tasting at Corkbuzz Union Square. We'll be featuring a 10+ selection of our favorite Spanish Sparklers from DO Cava, ranging across a spectrum of indigenous and international grape varieties, dosage levels, and aging classifications. We'll be featuring producers such as Alta Alella, Parés Baltà, Agustí Torello Matá, Juve & Camps, and more! We'll be pairing unlimited Cava with Chef Laura's favorite tapas, like pan con tomate, blistered padron peppers, patatas bravas bites, Bikini sandwiches, boquerones, and gambas al ajillo skewers!
Cava is Spain's most well known sparkling, celebratory wine, but we believe it has a place everyday.
