Union Square | Australian Summer

13 E. 13th Street, New York, NY 10003

Join us as we head "down unda" to explore the wines of Australia. Learn about the major wine regions from Hunter Valley to the Margaret River and everything beyond. There's plenty more to this historic wine-producing country than big, bold Shiraz and quaffable critter wines; and world-class, well-traveled winemakers are increasingly seeking out cool-climate vineyards and working on some of the world's oldest soils. Bonus, these wines naturally pair with warm weather, and we'll be taking you on a tour of the most perfect Australian summertime sippers.  We'll cover: wine laws and history, major wine regions and their climates, grapes, styles of production, and suggested pairings.

Join us at the bar for a glass of wine and dinner the day of class and receive 10% off your check.

Live wine classes are led by Corkbuzz Sommeliers and last 90 minutes. Class includes 6 (2 ounce) pours of wine, printed materials, and complimentary cheese. Guests will be seated at communal tables. Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances to class.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made for a full refund 48 hours prior to class. Cancellations and transfers cannot be accommodated within 48 hours of your scheduled class time.
