We're doing a deep dive into the producers of this historic wine producing county. We'll look beyond the climate, geography, laws, and history to discover the human element in winemaking. Who are these great houses, and how did they help build this country's appellations into what they are today? Let's explore the conviction of these great winemakers and the families who carry on their traditions. We'll cover the basics of Australia through the lens of these vignerons and winemakers; appellation, geography, grape varieties, wine law, and more.
