In this fun class, we'll cover the major wine regions of France and their best (and occasionally worst) vintages. Expect to learn about the growing conditions in Champagne, Burgundy, Alsace, Bordeaux, and Loire so you can confidently navigated that magnum opus of a wine list at your favorite restaurant.
