Sparkling wines are in high demand during the holidays, but we think they should be enjoyed all year long. Does it really need an occasion to be drunk? Is it all expensive? What makes some sparkling wines sweeter than others? We’re comparing and discussing the world's best sparklers, how they're made, the resulting quality, grapes, climate, terroir, history, and more. In this class, we will discover sparkling wines from around the world, from Champagne to California, and from Sekt to Prosecco! We'll share our favorite producers for celebrations and everyday, as well as what we're pairing. Open that bottle of bubbly you've been saving to virtually 'toast' the class and sip along.
