Join Corkbuzz for a series of new classes focusing on individual villages of the Côte d'Or.

When it comes to the world's greatest white wines, the border between Chassagne and Puligny is the treasure at the end of the rainbow. Within a few hundred metres lie five wonderful Grands Crus, three of which are in Chassagne. They are led by the luscious Le Montrachet, to which Chassagne gained permission in 1879, along with Puligny, to hyphenate its name. We'll be delving into the history, law, and individual parcels of land that make the wines of Chassagne-Montrachet so special amongst collectors and enthusiasts. Expect a deep focus on lieu-dits, climats, Premier Cru vineyards, Grand Cru vineyards, and the most iconic (and some lesser known- but need to know) producers.
