At Corkbuzz, we love a good spritz on a patio, a cold dry vermouth to get us ready for dinner, and a nice bitter digestif after a great meal to aid in digestion. The category of vermouths and amari are often overlooked when dining and entertaining, and the vastness of these styles can be intimidating. In this class we'll cover styles of vermouth (aromatized wine), and amari (a bitter digestif meant to aid in digestion). We'll cover history, folklore, production, famous areas and brands, and even cocktail ideas when you have these bottles on hand.
