Does your local wine shop have you scratching your head over the differences between Syrah and Shiraz, or Grenache and Garnatxa? Join us for an exploration of these classic grapes used commonly in the Rhône Valley in France, or in Grenache’s homeland of Spain. We’ll taste 6 examples including single varietal examples and blends. We’ll discuss the history of the grapes, and explore how they have traveled and been adopted to more of the world’s regions and climates. A selection of Murray’s Cheese will be curated to the experience.
