But don't worry, you don't have to go into food and wine pairing blind. In this two part class, we're breaking down the elements of food and wine and sharing our secrets to a perfect pairing. 

Class 1: Salt, Fat & Acid

Some of our favorite combos: Steak & Cabernet Sauvignon; Popcorn & Champagne. What makes these combos irresistible? In this class, we're breaking down the elements of wine and food to gain a better understanding of which wines make a break a dish. This class includes six wines with bite sized dishes to pair.

Class 2: Sweets & Heat

Sweetness is the KEY to balancing spicy flavors. Seriously, Riesling and Thai food is one of our all time favorite combos! In this class, we're exploring how sweet & heat makes for the perfect combo. Plus, we'll explore the balance made between sweet & sweet when pairing wine with dessert. You're not going to want to miss the second class in this two part series. Class two includes six wines with bite sized dishes to pair.
