Join Laura , for a Blind Tasting Workshop! This series pack or single class is a great way to learn to assess wine, preparing for exams for CMS-A, WSET, Institute of Masters of Wine, or to become more confident in understanding and identifying the components of wine, and describing those elements. We will hone your deductive tasting skills and teach you how to tell the difference between classic grape varietals, regions, winemaking, quality, and age based on three elements of wine: sight, nose, and palate.
This ticket is for a single class.
Class #1 March 11th, 2024 1-3 pm
Testable for MS/MW/CMS/WSET students, we will explore 2 flights of 4 wines with two separate themes:
1) Aromatic grape varieties from around the world
2) Neutral whites without oak from around the world
Join us at the bar for a glass of wine and dinner the day of class and receive 10% off your check.
Guests will be seated at communal tables. Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances to class.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made for a full refund 48 hours prior to class. Cancellations and transfers cannot be accommodated within 48 hours of your scheduled class time. If you cannot attend class, you may send someone in your place. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
