Let's toast to a New Year! Join Laura Maniec for an exclusive dinner party on Thursday, January 25th from 7pm-9pm at our Union Square location. Laura has raided the cellar for some of our most sought after wines. 

Chef Laura Walker has created a special five-course menu based on Laura Maniec's wine descriptions, where each pour and dish promise to elevate each other all at once.

1st course:

Oysters & Caviar - cava mignonette

Marie-Noelle Ledru Grand Cru Extra Brut NV - Champagne, France

2nd course:

Lamb Crudo - capers, oregano, lemon aioli, toasted pine nuts

Domaine Leflaive '20 - Puligny-Montrachet, France

3rd Course:

Winter Truffle Risotto

Montevertine 'Le Pergole Torte' Sangiovese '18 - Tuscany, Italy

4th Course:

Wagyu Beef Steak Frites

Vega Sicilia 'Valbuena 5°' '18 - Ribera del Duero, Spain

5th Course:

Crème Fraîche Panna Cotta - cacao nibs, roasted strawberries

Château d'Yquem '09 - Sauternes, France

- Allergies and aversions can be accommodated; please note while booking in the comments so we can adequately prepare alternatives for you. 

- The price includes food, wine, and a 20% gratuity for the service team. 

- Please note: Due to the rare nature of the wines, there is a minimum number of seats needed to be filled. If the minimum is not reached, registered guests will be notified and refunded.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made for a full refund 48 hours prior to dinner. Cancellations and transfers cannot be accommodated within 48 hours of your scheduled dinner time. If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place.
