The Aube region of Champagne, and especially its Côte des Bar sub-region, is one of those lesser known wine regions we think everyone should know about. Specialized in Pinot Noir, its "chalk meets clay" Kimmeridgian soils give its Champagnes a unique flavor profile we think you will love.
