Everytime is the right time for Rosé. This special seasonal class welcomes in the new fleet of Rosé wines just as the weather begins to warm up. The new Rosé releases each spring are one of the hottest things to happen in the wine industry. You’ll learn the different techniques used to craft rosé wines, the effect of climate and grape variety on the finished wine, the history of drinking pink, and more. We'll taste and cover the different ways Rosé is made, our latest favorites & perfect pink pairings! The class includes 6 wine selections as well as paired cheese boards.
