You might plan the perfect dinner, but be lost on pairing wines with all those different dishes that hit the table, along with the side of jello salad that Aunt Marge snuck into the bunch. When we gather this year, you'll be armed with the knowledge of how to shop for the right wines to keep the bunch happy, compliment the flavors of fall, and keep the conversation going long after dinner.
In this class we'll focus on the upcoming holiday season, with tips and tricks for pairing wine with family chaos, a huge diversity of dishes from turkey to Brussels sprouts to yams with marshmallows, and every other side dish and dessert that ends up on the table. Gather the family and snacks, open a few bottles of your favorite wine, and enjoy!
