Many of us consider Cava our everyday sparkling wine, but in the last several years, producers of this historic appellation have been fine tuning and elevating this classic wine. From Don José Raventós de Codorníu, to the current new classification system for Cava wines, we'll be exploring the history, terroir, grape varieties, styles and producers of classic Cava. But thats not all! We're celebrating a week of Cava Discovery with our friends from the Cava DO in Spain.
