It's summer and there's no better time to hit the beach, the park, or that small patch of astroturf on your roof. But what to eat and drink? This will be a fun class exploring how you can make magic out of humble foods and wine; Petit Chablis and potato chips, hot dogs and Beaujolais, turkey sandwiches and white Zinfandel, and more. We'll start with an overview of the general rules of food and wine pairing, and how to break them.
