New Year's Eve Dinner 2012

Join us for dinner on New Year's Eve! Chef Hayan is preparing a special four-course menu; choose one option from each course below. SOLD OUT, please join us after dinner for the Champagne party!

1st course:
Crispy Kushi oysters, scallion tempura batter
Burrata, duck confit, cranberries
Asian steak tartare, quail egg, ponzu

2nd course:
Capellini, uni and crab, ponzu, chili oil
Bucatini with Brussels sprouts
Papardelle with short rib ragout

3rd course:
Striped bass, shrimp & littlenecks, fennel purée, saffron-shellfish reduction
Lamb chops, herb and apricot stuffing, foie butter, Madeira sauce
Filet mignon, soy glazed fingerling potatoes, kale

4th course:
Chocolate rice crisp, dark chocolate ganache, banana brûlée
Cranberry parfait, graham cracker crumble
